It’s a rare occurrence when I can try out a product for myself given the fact I’m lacking on the whole facial hair thing. My cupboard is filled to the brim with beard oils, balms and shampoo samples which sadly I can only gaze at with longing and envy. So, on receiving the Kent ‘Oooh that’s nice’ brush last week, I figured it would make a change to review one for the girls. I hope (but am secretly sure) that my female readers will be interested in this one.
The ‘Oooh that’s nice’ brush is more than just nice – it’s glorious. It really does glide through your hair imparting a soothing massage along the way as it eliminates any knots and tangles painlessly. Truly, WITHOUT PAIN. It lives up to it’s hyped reputation and perfectly apt name.

What makes the Kent ‘Oooh That’s Nice Brush’ so unique? Here’s the secret -it has no hard angles. The distinctive zigzag head design flexes in all directions – backwards and forwards and from side to side – allowing the brush to mould comfortably to your individual head shape. The soft moulded nylon quills multi-task to massage the scalp and stimulate circulation for healthy hair growth. Soft natural bristles effortlessly style, clean and nurture your hair encouraging natural shine and body.
And when I said this was one for the girls, I lied. It’s perfect for the busy mum who finds getting the kids to brush their hair a constant battle – hair brushing tears and tantrums could become a thing of the past. And you can be sure that your (bearded) man will be just as enamoured and not just for the hair on his head – it could even become a staple for his beard grooming arsenal too (although I would suggest the Kent Beard Brush for this – read our review here).
Once you’ve tried it for yourself, you’ll be hooked – I’ve since banished all my old brushes to the back of the beard grooming cupboard .
You too can discover the simple hedonism of hair brushing and see exactly why it was named: ‘Oooh That’s Nice!’.
